Project of a private house in a modern style. We created this light and spacious minimalistic villa in Georgia, Tbilisi. On the second floor there is a huge viewing terrace; the sleeping block cantilevers over the terrace and creates a canopy over the first floor terrace. The house has four bedrooms. Architecture in the style of minimalism.
